Frequently Asked Questions
What is co-hosting and how does it differ from full property management?
Co-hosting lets owners stay hands-off while a co-host handles day-to-day operations like guest communication, bookings, and turnovers. Full property management goes further, taking full responsibility for pricing, marketing, maintenance, and all operational decisions on the owner’s behalf. PalmCrest offers a happy medium between the two and offers customizable services.
How are fees structured?
For co-hosting agreements we offer a flat monthly fee per property. The monthly fees do vary by property size. Other services or special request are priced separately.
*Airbnb services are offered for a flat fee per booking - Please inquire for more information about our Airbnb fee.

2. A La Carte Co-Hosting- Designed for owners who manage most aspects of their property but want reliable backup, our limited-scope co-hosting provides targeted assistance with specific operations such as guest communication, inspection services, and turnover coordination. We ensure consistency without overstepping your role as the primary manager.
